By accessing the DentalRank Scotland website (“Site”) or using our digital auditing services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using our services on behalf of a dental practice, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these terms.
02 Services & Audits
DentalRank provides digital marketing analysis (“Practice Audits”) and SEO services specifically for dental practices.
The “Practice Audit” Tool:
Our free audit tool generates reports based on publicly available data (Google Maps rankings, website speed, etc.). While we strive for accuracy, these automated reports are estimates of performance and do not guarantee future rankings or patient acquisition numbers.
03 Intellectual Property
- Our IP: The design of this website, our unique “DentalRank” branding, the audit algorithms, and our underlying code are the exclusive property of DentalRank Scotland.
- Your Data: Any specific data you provide regarding your practice remains your property. We claim no ownership over your patient lists or internal practice data.
04 Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Scottish law, DentalRank Scotland shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from:
- The use or inability to use our website or services.
- Errors or inaccuracies in the generated audit reports.
- Temporary interruptions in service due to maintenance.
05 Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Scotland. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish courts.
